Dress Code
The ICS uniform represents personal pride in our school. In the community the uniform identifies the students as ambassadors for Immaculate Conception Catholic School and Immaculate Conception Parish.
In an educational environment the purpose of this dress code is to minimize distractions so that an atmosphere conducive to learning is fostered. The ICS uniform must be worn at all times throughout the school year, unless it is permitted otherwise. All students must wear a complete uniform beginning the first day of school.
Uniforms are not included in tuition. They can be purchased through Lands End who is the official provider for ICS uniforms (all uniform components must be purchased through Lands End. Go to Lands’ End School Uniforms to outfit your boys and girls in clothing that meets dress codes and exceeds expectations!
Before ordering online, please ask about our Uniform Closet. We sell gently used uniforms for a small price for each piece. Note that payment must be cash or check. -

Before and Aftercare
The regular school day is 8:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Doors open at 7:45am and dismissal begins at 2:50pm.
The ICS Before & After Care program is provided to assist families in coordinating schedules for work, school, and other activities. Families can choose to enroll their children in care before and/or after school, depending on their needs. Students are supervised at all times, and will have opportunities to complete homework assignments, have a snack, and spend some time playing and relaxing.

$6.00 an hour per child

Students are asked to bring a healthy and nourishing lunch from home Parents are also welcome to drop off a lunch to the Front Office if needed.
Communication
When a child is enrolled in ICS, they are automotacially registered for school-wide communications through our FACTS Student Information Service (FACTS SIS). Parents can also log into the FACTS at any time to see how their child is doing with assignments, grades, attendance, and behavior. The Parent Alert System allows teachers and staff to communicate to families quickly and reliably via email, text, or voice messages for weather-related closings, school events reminders, important updates any various other communication needs.Transportation
Children have the opportunity for bus pickup from two bus stops
- State Line Road near Gate 4 (Ft. Campbell)
- Exit 1 in the Movie Theater parking lot
Sacraments
At ICS, sacramental preparation is provided through the school for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion for students in second grade and Confirmation for students in eighth grade.
